How the cost is split
The total has two parts, and they are always listed separately:
- Hospital fees. You pay the hospital's posted price directly to the hospital. We do not add a markup.
- Our coordination fee. It covers trip planning, appointments, translation, and accompaniment. It does not include any medical service.

Cleveland Clinic Executive Health listed a 2024 self-pay core fee of $1,346. Add-ons are extra, such as a low-dose lung CT at $275. The packages do not contain the same items and cannot be compared line by line.

- Are these prices guaranteed?
- No. They are hospital reference prices posted as of the date above. The hospital's written quote controls.
- Why do the US and China figures not match in scope?
- A US self-pay price often covers only the facility fee. The physician, anesthesia, and pathology are extra. Chinese hospitals bundle items differently. Read the included and excluded notes under each item.
- Can insurance pay for this?
- The international medical services above are self-pay, which the hospitals' posted notices already state. Before you travel, ask your own insurer whether care abroad is reimbursed.
- What does “quote on request” mean?
- We did not find an official posted price, so we do not write a number. We can ask the hospital for a written quote for you.
